The Master of Computer Applications is a 3-year professional master's degree in computer science awarded in India.
(MCA) is a course that an individual may pursue before foraying into the world of Information Technology. The course encompasses topics like Data Communication and Networks, Database Design and Management, Management Information Systems, Modelling and Simulation Techniques, Operating Systems, Structure of Programming Languages, etc.
R.V.S. College of Arts and Science was the first self-financing college to be set up under the Bharathiar University. Established in 1986, it not only saved miles of trekking for the youth of Sulur region in search of higher education, but also provided a cost effective, and high quality educational addition to Coimbatore itself. Over the past 13 years it has grown to become the biggest self-financing college in terms of students strength, offering U.G.and P.G Courses.
The college aims at giving an all-round development with equal emphasis on co-curricular activities through associations to develop the talents and mental ability of the students.
